Well...
It's fun having understanding people in shatec.
My class 409A was hilarious.
Chefs Kelvin Soo & Catan tan were very humourous
Though at times they are very strict too.
Anyways ,
I'm having such great journey to start ahead of me at this critical moment of my life
Greater challenge to overcome and learning to be a HOST in shatec!
Lastly , tommorow is going to be my first day in kitchen work!!
Working hard for it !

Last sunday, had lunch at Ngee Ann city , takashimaiya.
Imperial Teochew Cuisine. Dine in about $200+
Food were nice & delicious
Chocolate Truffle bought from my mother's supplier

Well!! DEAD BEAT!!
I went my uncle's company to help & learn from the chef he hired.
Well he's very humourous & we're going for chinese cuisine!!
Chef charles was teaching me & my uncle but i'm halfway dozing off ...
After every thing , i managed to take some pictures of a few dish ...
Juz came back at 4pm =.='' Slp till now ...
Here's the dishes that's presented by Chef Charles , Starting with ...

1)Roasted Chicken with Soy Sauce

My comment: Tender chicken, main thing i must say is the sauce , it's incredibly nice , managed to ask the chef how he made the sauce he brought , cooked with chicken liver , pork tongue , eggs , seaweed , and pressed bean curd. I was like WOW SO MANY! But still ★★★★★ for this dish!

2)Egg Dumplings

My comment:Wrapped up with ground pork idk wad is it ... but taste not bad . Sauce - sesame oil , black pepper , cooking wine . Chef charles told me that the wrapping part is the most important part , needs alot of practice. My cousins say very nice , keep on eating -.-'' Hmm i'll give ★★★★ for it!

3)Fried Vege with Mushroom

My comment:I loved this dish very much , mushrooms with oyster sauce !!! BUT after eating ,
i felt very thirsty due to too much of hua diao jiu put by ME LOL! Anyway ★★★★★ for my favourite !!!

Last but not least ,
Thanks - 2nd uncle , Chef Charles & help me wash plates derh workers LOL!
I'd cause alot of trouble in the kitchen -.-'' Qing duo duo bao han !!! TY !!!

Today went fishing with yc , leo , zw , ethan & his sis !!!
We were actually going for a cycle around east coast ,
But we didnt , all we did was walking & fishing around LOL ...
Chit chat along the strolling paths , talking about DOTA haha ...

It was not really crowded , and we fish nothing LOL!
Anyways we enjoyed there while fellowshipping with each other ...
One more thing i forget about is Ethan's sis DOG !!!
Omg it's dam active kept walking around ...

Had our dinner at macs , boosted with energy ...
And went fishing at so called "Jetty"
The breeze was refreshing , we sat down and xchange infomation haha ...
After everything , took a stroll back to macs & cabbed home ...
Truely indeed quite tired , but still im looking forward to more of these !

Wahhhh piang eh ...
Sunday night dam tiring ...
Went to Adeline derh hse meet up , then go 2nd uncle's hse ...
He taught me to cook some various dish such as

-Siew mai
-Pig's liver with meatroll
-Mango pudding
-Spring rolls
-Steamed sui jiao

All this things u see on the eating side is like very easy to make ...
BUT if u experience to cook it urself , it's totally different!
Especially the spring roll and the sui jiao , ample time is needed ...
Adeline dam boh liao ...
She came out with a butterfly shape with the flour for suijiao ...
I taught she making circular shape for wraping up derh ...

My uncle tell me do this do that , wash this wash that ... DIAO ...
Meanwhile stephanie oso come DAO ZO ... (Help out)
They both like havoc , make until the kitchen's floor full of flour ...
I then buay song so i go tell them don't play liao ...
Who knows they started throwing flour at me -.-
WAKAO!!! NO EXTRA T-SHIRT LA!!!!@#$%^&*()_+

After that we settle down everything ...
Then i dont feel like eating ler , coz cook until full liao zzzz ...
Adeline father tompang me home ...
She herself slp like piq in the car haha ...

Hais!!! Powerful shoppers!!
Pei cousin go taka shop until my ka neng...
Stupid stacy n kelly kup the whole shopping centre like freebees...
Adeline go disiao me while they are having shopping spreee...

After shopping ,
we went to dine for our dinner at 1 japanese restaurant cant remember the name liao..
Kelly soot all the sushi like goldfish , Stacy only know how to eat cuttlefish...
WALAO all eat so fast , i only finish my 1 plate of cold noodles nia...
Pei fu them sia... The cost was near up to 110$ on 4 person...

We then travel back to adeline's hse go chit-chat at her hse voideck swimming pool...
The most bhb is stacy wan go swimming at nights.. i was thinking(she might call us to swim too)
Then follow by kelly, she boh liao also go jump in -.- diao
They both like siao zhabor having cat fights in the pool splashing water at us !!
ALL DRENCHED! And went back for a shower.

While after that, they jitao chiong to the comp ...
we all watch tv till 2am ... the 3 siaokias fell asleep like piqqs
see them so tired i also went to the living room switched on air-con and sleep liao...
Next day , i woke up, noticed that they 3 went downstairs for exercise at 6am...

Then i went down to ask them '' U ALL NOT TIRED MEH? "
They replied me " WHERE GOT , WE TRAINING TO BE FIT! "
I was so DIAO... I must learn fighting spirit from them!!!

Sentinel heroes fight against the lich king.
Allpick mode is selected the heroes divide,
Sven walks confidently while his ally Sladar slides.

The creeps meet the great battle begins,
Hurling a Storm Bolt, coupled by a Luscent Beam
The enemies hp whittles down to zero,
"First Blood!" The spirit of Kel'Thuzard leaves his hero.

The Lich returns in seek for his revenge,
Fast farming Doombringer has got his Sange.
Nevermore got his Lothar's Edge,
The trio starts pushing and attempting a siege.

Venomancer pops out and casts Poison Nova,
all the Sentinel players knew its over.
"Killing Spree", "Dominating" "Megakill",
Venomancer got a "Triple Kill!"

Its midgame now, the Scourge are owning,
Sentinels forces are hardly showing.
Clever techies plants his mines on the lane,
Aided by good play from Luna, deadly with aim.

The complacent Scourge heroes start playing poorly,
Convinced that they will surely
End the game against them in a high,
Sentinel heroes retorted "only if pigs can fly".

Unknown to them a hero is farming,
The Juggernaut Yumero is really cunning.
He got his Bfury with the aid of Neutrals,
He got his MKB thanks to those centaurs.

Purist and co. pushed techies lane,
Not knowing in a while they will be slain.
Sven lured Nevermore to combat,
"BOOM!" "Double Kill" Lucifer wasn't spared,
Neither was Purist or Nevermore, not that the Sentinel heroes cared.

Fast approaching late game, the Scourge with a smile on their face,
they thought they were late game heroes and that was their saving grace.
Out pops Juggy with his "Omnislash",
Ironically, he killed the Omniknight in a flash.

For the Scourge there was no need to panic,
Until they saw their last tower in the middle disappear like sonic.
Veno's toxic, Lucifer's doom,
Was swiftly dealt with via the powers of the Moon.

When the Scourge could muster a counterattack,
Techies was always there, in fact
The moment they crossed the river,
Their lives were lost, their existence never.

Despite the noob Sladar who fed the Scourge,
Despite the amount of AOE damage they combined could splurge,
Their act of complacency, their act of arrogance,
Led to the Sentinels returning with a vengeance.

The Sentinels won the game.
